This project I am assigned in group project and was invited to the displayed sculpture for QBE, which is insurance company in England. As I and my group mate(Sunny Lee) want to improve open the communication and feedback between clients and staff. In order to achieving this give-and-take strategy, we have thought to create a feedback wall that would enable for clients to give their inputs after their experience in QBE.
How does it work?

Customers could write their feedback or draw anything they want on feedback square sheet. After finished it, fold them up. And it would gradually show the hidden message of "SPEAK UP" if more customers give the opinion to QBE. It is QBE's wish and lovely to listen customers' voice, so that drawing the distance between customers and staff closer.

Following images are shown the process of producing the feedback wall:
i. draft the front side and back side of the wall, and then calculate the size of each part/box

ii. After calculating the height of each woods, we bought the wood and made conjunction by cutting machine in 3D workshop
iii. dye the wood darker by danish oil and furnish the wood with sand paper
iv. Cut the MDF board and cut the A1 coloured paper into 10cm x 10cm square-sized paper for feedback sheet
v.  After preparation of all materials, we made each alphabet by sticking feedback square-sized sheet on MDF board
(the front side and back side of the board)
vi. construct the wooden frame, and then insert the finished alphabet board
vii. Done! (That is how it looks like after closing all feedback sheet)

We have visited QBE company for setting up our works.
